Dating Diary
After posting info online about the data leakage of special gene carriers, I came alone to the abandoned facility of Ultima Bioresearch. To my surprise, the person who had been occupying my mind was already right there, waiting for me.
Lucien was distant and aloof as usual. I confronted him, trying to give him a taste of his own medicine, but was just reminded again by how undisturbed he was that, he no longer knows me.
To my surprise, the carved sentence on the wall we saw when we first came was now gone, as if it never existed. My throbbing head hinted that something was wrong. During the stalemate of our confrontation, we heard trouble stirring outside the door.
My post also drew Black Swan agents, but Lucien saved the day using the same Evol they used. I was hurt when I pushed Lucien away, which made him immediately dubious of my identity. I was slightly distressed but there was a firm voice deep down. We promise to trade his gratitude for my answer when we meet again.
